STANDARD RETURNS
If you have a package to return via Federal Express or UPS and have a return postage label, just drop them off between 9am and 5pm and we will mail back for you. If you want to do a return and need to pay for postage, no problem our friendly staff will help you with your shipment. Also, if you need us to package the product for you, VS Shipper will package at no charge and not charge for the shipping supplies. We will just charge the cost of the shipping charge. We accept Cash, Venmo, PayPal and all Major Credit Cards for payment. Our Federal Express Driver normally comes in at about 4pm and UPS is at 4:30pm.
QR CODES AND WHAT TO DO WITH THEM
We do not have the software to read QR Codes from major retailers because that is a contracted service with UPS stores. We can confirm that if you call Amazon and tell them that a UPS store is not attainable, they will send you a label for free.
Also, please note that the reason for the return will affect the price of the return label. If you click the “item not as described” the label is free. If you check “better price” the cost of the label is $5.99.
How to Replace the AMAZON QR CODE with a Printable Label
➢ Log in to Your Amazon account
- Hover over the “Account & Lists button and select “Orders” (top of screen)
- Login to your Amazon account
- Locate the Order and item being returned. Click on the “View return/ Refund Status” button on the Right side of the screen
- Click cancel return
- Cancel your return
- Begin the refund process again as described below
➢ Click on Accounts and Lists Button and choose “Orders” under My Account. (Top of screen) ➢ Find the order containing the item you want to return. Click on “Return or Replace Items”
➢ Choose items from list
➢ Choose reason for returning the items. Be aware that depending on your choice for returning the item will dictate if you are paying for a label or not. You can always go back and change the reason if needed. Click continue.
➢ Choose exchange or refund for your item. Click continue
➢ Choose either Refund to Amazon balance or your original payment source. Take Note: Amazon Balance is highlighted as a default. Click Continue
➢ How will you mail your return? The UPS store is the FIRST option but not the only one. A UPS store is 15 miles away both in Bethlehem and East Stroudsburg. You can use the QR code there. The Second option on the LEFT side scroll down menu is “UPS Drop-off Points”. VS Shipper qualifies for this option. Click the button for “UPS drop-off points”. Click Confirm your return.
➢ Print your label or “Email it to a friend” to the VS Shipper at mdemasi@vsshipper.com
➢ Bring your packaged goods to us and we will take care of the rest.

ask them to send your return label to your email address
